Dr Dawn H. Collins lectures in Religions and Anthropology, focusing on Asian Religions, Tantra, Sacred Geography, Ecology and Spirituality, Divination, Dance, and Death Studies. Her ethnographic research is inspired by her practices as a dance artist and as a massage therapist.

Collins has worked as a contemporary dancer, a massage therapist, as support for a tech start up with admin, finance, and recruitment; and, more recently, as an academic researcher, writer, and tutor. Current research interests are ritual healing, sacred wellsprings, theurgy, and tantra.

Dr. Dawn H. Collins holds an MA in Buddhist Studies from SOAS University of London and a PhD from Cardiff University focusing on Tibetan landscapes and ritual healing. She has worked as a contemporary dancer, a massage therapist, as support for a tech start up with admin, finance, and recruitment, and, more recently, as an academic researcher, writer, and tutor. Her current research interests are ritual healing, sacred wellsprings, theurgy, and tantra. Dawn lectures in Religions and Anthropology, focusing on Asian Religions, Tantra, Sacred Geography, Ecology and Spirituality, Divination, Dance, and Death Studies. Her ethnographic research is inspired by her practices as a dance artist and as a massage therapist.
