New Grant Cycle and Updates

The fourth grant cycle is now open. We invite all interested translators to send in your applications and join our global team to translate the Kangyur (submissions deadline: July 15, 2013). Visit 84000.co/grants for more information.

With your help, we have been able to support 140 translators to translate 101 texts or 10,010 pages (more than 15% of the Kangyur). Ten texts have been published in our online Reading Room, including the latest translation “Purification of Karmic Obscurations.” Read more

Our staff and Team Members have stepped up efforts to spread awareness in large-scale events to reach out to a wider community. Early this year, presentations were made at an international translation symposium in Singapore, and in various monasteries and Buddhist institutes in Nepal and India, reaching out to nearly 4,000 people.
