《勤授長者所問經》（大正藏：《大寶積經勤授長者會 第二十八》
Vīradatta­gṛhapati­paripṛcchā

一時，佛在舍衛國祇樹給孤獨園，與眾比丘俱。爾時，舍衛大城有一長者名為勤授，與五百長者聚會共議修持大乘之事。為解除疑惑，勤授與五百長者前往祇樹園詣見世尊。世尊演說菩薩應如何生起大悲，於身及一切樂皆無所執著，進而教導觀身無常與不凈之法。復以偈頌，再次宣說此身之無量過患及前後因緣。五百長老聞此法已，得無生忍，繼而以一段廣為流傳的偈頌稱嘆發菩提心之功德。爾時世尊微笑，授記勤授與五百長者將於未來成無上菩提。經文末尾，世尊告知阿難此法門之名號。
