Śrīmatī­brāhmaṇī­pari­pṛcchā

在波羅奈城，釋迦牟尼佛於托缽途中偶遇名為「具吉祥」的婆羅門女子。具吉祥女見佛莊嚴寂靜，心生凈信，遂問佛在鹿野苑所說之法。佛陀為其重述十二因緣的流轉，講說「順生緣起」所帶來的痛苦，以及「還滅緣起」所導向的離苦。具吉祥女繼而問佛十二因緣中「無明」之本質，佛陀給予甚深的應答，指出究竟實相與方便說法之間的差異。爾時，具吉祥女發願未來能如佛陀一般轉動種種法輪，佛陀欣然微笑，授記具吉祥女未來成佛。最後，佛陀講述具吉祥女往世禮敬供養過去六佛所種下的善因福德。
